Devout Costco shoppers have weighed in on the latest bakery item, and they are loving the taste and light texture. The lemon batter gets an addition of blueberries with lemon icing and butter streusel. Social media comments about the Lemon-Blueberry loaf indicate it’s hard to resist. “Gone in the blink of an eye!” says one commenter, while others mention it has just the right amount of lemon flavor with the streusel being perfect. Another raved, “Seriously good! Not too sweet… plenty of blueberries!!”

On TikTok, user @CostcoHotFinds said she cut a slice, warmed it up in the microwave and put some butter on it. She said, “It was phenomenal,” and added that the cake is perfectly soft and the crunch from the butter streusel is a nice touch.
